How It Works

Step 1

Get Assessed

Beneficiaries must first be assessed by a physical or occupational therapist appointed by the state of Nevada, who will determine whether the beneficiary qualifies for Medicaid Personal Care Service (PCS) program as well as the number of hours per week that the beneficiary will receive for care.

Step 2

Identify a Caregiver

We can provide a caregiver for you or if you have a family member or friend that you would like to be your caregiver they can be paid through us to take care of you. The exception to who can be a caregiver in the Medicaid personal care service program are spouses and legal guardians. Children, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends all qualify.

Step 3

Get Paid

We process caregivers’ paychecks so they can focus on helping a recipient maintain her/his independence in her/his own home.
